After traveling for 10 hours, we were disappointed to find out that the room didn't have two single beds as promised in the email confirmation, and it was very far from all facilities. However, the hotel staff was lovely.
The hotel had spacious rooms, accommodating 2 adults and 3 children comfortably, but they lacked a mini-bar and had damp on the ceiling. The service was exceptional with courteous and helpful staff. The location was beautiful, but some promises were not kept on the day of a wedding. The dining options were varied and good quality. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout positives and a few disappointments.
